We are looking for a talented Figma UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for our software products, emphasizing AI-driven interfaces and automation tools targeted at US and EU clients. You will optimize designs for usability and visual appeal, collaborating closely with developers and project managers. This position is onsite only — remote applications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and feedback to develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Design UI elements such as menus, buttons, and layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine designs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• Incorporate accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Analyze usage metrics and trends to iterate on designs for better engagement.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and create design systems for consistency.
• Provide guidance on emerging UI/UX trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with a focus on user empathy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like Google UX Design or similar.
• Experience in AI interfaces, fintech, or e-commerce projects.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
