Figma Website Designer - Bahria Town in Person ( No Remote)

We’re looking for a talented Figma Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for modern UI/UX design, can translate high-fidelity Figma mockups into clean, responsive, and reusable React components, and collaborates effectively with both designers and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web layouts in Figma.
• Convert Figma designs into fully functional React.js components and pages.
• Ensure design accuracy and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain consistent design systems and component libraries.
• Optimize UI performance and maintain code quality standards.
• Participate in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and design iteration.
• Stay current with design trends, best practices, and modern React tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing websites or web apps in Figma.
• Strong front-end development experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or Material UI is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and UX principles.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern UI

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Framer Motion, or GSAP animations.
