Job Description

Tracking World Pvt Ltd is seeking a UI/UX Designer with hands-on experience in Figma to design user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role involves creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes based on business and user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end UI/UX layouts and prototypes for mobile apps, dashboards, portals, and internal tools using Figma
• Apply HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) principles to create user-friendly interfaces
• Conduct R&D and competitive analysis to benchmark UI patterns and flows
• Translate business requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs
• Build and maintain component libraries, design systems, and style guides
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business teams
• Create clickable prototypes for testing and stakeholder review
• Stay updated with design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices
• Participate in design reviews and user feedback sessions
• Deliver pixel-perfect designs for desktop and mobile

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping, Components)
• Strong understanding of HCI principles and UX research methods
• Experience designing mobile apps, dashboards, portals, and websites
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design
• Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility (WCAG)
• Strong command of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to convert requirements into visual concepts independently
• Experience collaborating with developers and stakeholders
• Understanding of design handoff tools (Zeplin, Avocode, Figma Dev Mode)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with design systems
• Familiarity with design handoff tools
