The File Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving company documents, Legal documents/ Files and records in both physical and digital formats.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents
* File incoming paperwork according to established procedures
* Create new file records and update existing ones
* Ensure confidentiality and security of files
* Retrieve requested files and deliver them to authorized personnel
* Dispose of outdated files according to retention policies
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail and organization
Knowledge of filing systems (alphabetical, numerical, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
