PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable File Clerk (Remote) to join our remote team. This role is essential in maintaining organized records, managing digital documentation, and supporting administrative operations through accurate file handling and record management in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
File Management & Organization

Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documentation systems accurately

Sort, label, archive, and retrieve files as needed for internal teams

Ensure records are updated, complete, and properly maintained

Support document retention and file management procedures in accordance with company guidelines
Administrative Support

Assist with routine clerical and administrative responsibilities

Prepare and process documents, forms, and internal records

Support teams with document retrieval and record requests

Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Documentation & Record Keeping

Review documents for accuracy and completeness before filing

Track file activity and maintain organized administrative records

Assist with preparing reports and maintaining documentation logs

Support updates to filing procedures and documentation standards
Systems & Process Support

Use document management systems and administrative tools effectively

Maintain accurate digital records and ensure data integrity

Assist in improving workflows related to filing and document organization

Follow established procedures and contribute to operational efficiency
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate

1–2 years of experience in file management, clerical work, or administrative support is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills
