Position Summary

The Intake File Clerk will support the Pre-Suit Negotiation Department, including managing a small docket of pre-suit injury cases and performing essential case support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize pre-suit injury files
• Order and track medical records and bills
• Prepare demands and supporting materials
• Maintain communication with clients and providers
• Assist with negotiations and case movement
• Update Filevine with accurate notes and tasks
• Support attorneys and negotiators with administrative duties

Requirements

• Prior law firm experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Professionalism and client-focused mindset
• Tech-comfortable
