File Management Clerk

At ACH Foam Technologies, organization and accuracy are the backbone of our operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented File Management Clerk to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our company’s records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our efficient workflow by ensuring that all files are properly managed and readily available when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain company records in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Retrieve files promptly upon request and ensure accurate tracking of document movement.
  • Scan and digitize physical documents to support electronic filing systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of filing systems to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Dispose of outdated or unnecessary records following company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve filing processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in file management, records keeping, or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
