What You’ll Do:

Importing and processing electronic data files accurately and in order of receipt

Completing all phases of file reconciliation based on specifications and procedures

Identifying and analyzing file or data issues and determining next steps

Partnering with Client Support Specialists to resolve administrative or data issues

Responding to emails and voicemails within one business day

Performing internal operational and functional audits as needed

Escalating unresolved issues to leadership when files cannot be posted as expected

Documenting processes and assisting with procedure updates

Keeping supervisors informed of any problems or unusual situations

High School Diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in an office or administrative setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Ability to follow structured processes and meet established benchmarks

Clear written and verbal communication skills
