Job Summary
MUST have title company or foreclosure - real estate law firm expierience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry, and providing exceptional customer support. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Process and manage files with precision, ensuring all documents are accurately entered into the system.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining high levels of accuracy while managing large volumes of information.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, proofreading documents, and managing office correspondence.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized office environment.
  • Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous title company or law firm experience is required; must have experience in understanding title and foreclosure.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.91 - $30.00 per hour
