Filed Property Manager

Mayfair Property Management is growing, and we’re looking for a Field Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment buildings located in Palm Beach County (West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Greenacres, Lantana, Delray Beach, etc).

You’ll join a supportive, easy-to-work-with group that values reliability and helps each other succeed. You will not perform maintenance yourself (although being handy for small repairs is a plus!), but will coordinate maintenance requests from our tenants and unit turn overs with our vendors. If you enjoy being out in the field, solving problems, and keeping properties in top shape, we’d love to have you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct on-site property visits and inspections
• Oversee unit turns from move-out to move-in readiness
• Verify vendor work quality, timelines, and scope completion
• Perform move-out, pre-move-in, routine, and compliance inspections
• Document findings with photos and same-day system updates (Buildium & trackers)
• Track violations, maintenance progress, and operational priorities
• Coordinate vendor access and support scheduling logistics
• Provide daily status updates and escalate issues promptly
• Collaborate closely with Service Coordinators and Property Management team

• Buildium (task & property management)
• HappyCo (inspections)
• ClockShark (time tracking)
• Google Drive & internal trackers
• RingCentral (communication tools)

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Experience in property inspections, maintenance, vendor coordination, or insurance adjusting is helpful but not mandatory
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and organized (Experience with Buildium or similar property management software is a plus!)
• Based in the West Palm Beach area and comfortable driving locally (Greenacres, Lake Worth, Lantana, etc)
• Enjoys working outdoors and being part of a collaborative team
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
• No Home Inspection License required
