Overview

As an Exhibition Promoter, you will serve as the face of the brand or client at major trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events across Dubai. With 1-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for attracting visitors to the booth, explaining products or services, and generating high-quality leads in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Visitor Engagement: Proactively greet and approach visitors at exhibition stands to introduce the company's products or services.
• Product Demonstration: Clearly explain features, benefits, and technical specifications to potential clients or partners.
• Lead Generation: Collect visitor contact information through digital apps or lead forms and qualify potential business prospects for the sales team.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and a positive brand image throughout long event hours.
• Crowd Management: Assist in managing the flow of visitors within the booth and ensuring promotional materials (brochures, giveaways) are well-stocked.
• Feedback Reporting: Provide daily summaries to the event manager regarding visitor queries, common interests, and competitor activity on the floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications
