Fill-in Dog Walker Position!

Walk With Tanya Dog Walking Services, LLC is a licensed and locally owned/operated dog walking company based out of Fremont, Seattle. Tanya started the company in 2012 and manages our wonderful team of animal enthusiasts!

We are looking for dog lovers to join our team! If you have experience handling, training or owning dogs, we want to hear from you!

1. Fill-in Dog Walker: In this role, you will be filling in for out sick dog walkers or dog walkers who are on vacation, which happens often! This position is every weekday, Monday - Friday, in the Seattle area from 10-3ish. Our dog walkers typically walk 5-7 neighborhood dogs and you will use your own vehicle to get to and from your dog walks, but you are paid for drive time! We have an app that tracks the dog walk with a GPS map and send clients daily updates too. Please be able to make at least a three month commitment. This is an employee position with paid sick leave, and pays $23/ hr. I am looking for someone that is comfortable with dogs all shapes and sizes, and preference will go to people that have owned their own dog.

Requirements:
-You will need a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
-Be able to pass a background check.
-Have a smart phone with texting and email access.
-Have experience with animals, dogs preferred :)
-Customer service background preferred
-Excellent communication skills

Pay: Payday is every other Friday and it's a week behind. We have direct deposit and we are very transparent with our pay and you'll receive a detailed breakdown of what you're being paid along with your check bi-weekly.
