JOB TITLE: Fill Tech

DEPARTMENT: Fulfillment Department

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing and inspecting cannabis product prior to beginning the filling process (QC/QA).
• Responsible for ensuring formulated oil, material, hardware and supplies meets the company’s standards
• Having full understanding of filling machines for day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
• Breaking down and thoroughly cleaning all machinery/equipment.
• Following SOP standards in maintaining the highest quality practices which involve, but are not limited to wearing proper PPE, maintaining extreme attention to detail and creating lot tracking numbers
• Maintaining clean and organized work area
• Maintaining and communicating hardware inventory with fulfillment assistant manager and manager
• Preparation and maintenance of filling machines.
• Training and assisting new staff to this department.

Assembly

• Strict adherence to SOP procedures, making sure that every single product is sanitized, packaged and labeled in a high-quality manner
• Daily packaging support in addition to daily cleanliness responsibility
• Filling of the atomizer and derivative product in accordance to current packaging SOP
• Provide support to daily logistical operations to pack and release the product in a timely manner.
• To assist in providing quality control and quality assurance for produced products.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives set forth by department leads, supervisors and management
• Utilizing digital technology to record production data. Carts/bottles finished, defective hardware, and defective packaging
• Performing continuous quality checks throughout the process while maintaining keen attention to detail to ensure finished products meet quality standards and are free from defects.
• Assist in the preparation and relocation of finished products and orders to their desired locations through carrying, pushing, loading and unloading
• Assisting in department projects, audits and deep cleans

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
