Filler Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Krones fillers and integrated systems (e.g., cappers) for high-speed beverage production. Set up machinery for different product types, bottle sizes, and product-specific parameters.
• Monitor filling volumes, capping quality, and overall line speed to ensure consistent performance.
• Perform in-process quality checks (fill level, torque testing). Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
• Execute routine cleaning and sanitization (CIP) of the filler to maintain hygiene standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor electromechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate shift production logs, downtime records, and efficiency reports.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the beverage industry, preferably with hands-on experience on high-speed Krones lines.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Siemens PLC (S7-300) for basic diagnostics and HMI panels is highly desirable.
• Education: Technical diploma (DAE Mechanical) .
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
