FiLLi Café is Hiring — Full-Time Video Content Creator

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, trend-driven video content for our social media channels, campaigns, and brand collaborations. From idea to final cut — you’ll bring FiLLi’s story to life through engaging visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for FiLLi Café’s digital platforms
• Use AI-powered video tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.) to enhance speed and creativity
• Develop video concepts aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal launches
• Stay updated on social trends, sounds, and formats
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content calendars and storytelling

Requirements:

• Strong video editing and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with AI-enhanced editing workflows (auto captioning, motion design, voice sync, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• A creative mindset with attention to detail
• Based in UAE
