FILMMAKER (Shooter / Editor / Creative)

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a turnkey filmmaker — someone who can own the entire creative lane:

Concept Shoot Edit Deliver

This is not a support role.

This is not a “wait for direction” role.

You are the tip of the spear.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, IRONCLAD-level content that:

• Feels cinematic
• Ships fast
• Performs across platforms
• Meets brand + editorial standards without babysitting

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Creative Ownership

• Take a concept or brief and turn it into a finished product
• Build stories that feel real, raw, and high-stakes
• Elevate everything — no “good enough” work

Production (Shooter)

• Run camera, lighting, and audio on set
• Capture content that is intentional, not accidental
• Operate lean, fast, and professional in any environment

Post Production (Editor)

• Edit full episodes, brand films, and social cuts
• Build pacing, tension, and narrative — not just cuts
• Color, sound, and finish to a premium standard

AI + Workflow Optimization

• Use AI tools to move faster and improve output
• Editing acceleration
• Audio cleanup
• Rough cuts / assembly
• Ideation + scripting support
• Stay current on emerging tools and bring them into the workflow

• You must be able to both shoot and edit at a high level
• You must be comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
