Schedule & Travel Parameters

· Base Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46818 (In-person start daily).

· Hours: 8 to 10-hour workdays with early morning starts (5:00 AM – 7:00 AM).

· Travel: Up to 500 miles of driving along regional routes.

· Overnights: 1 to 2 nights of weekly overnight travel required.

The Day-to-Day Impact

· Customer Service: Check-in with facility managers at grocery chains, retail stores, and factories.

· Active Maintenance: Navigate to roofs, maintenance closets, and indoor equipment areas.

· Filter Replacement: Swap out dirty air filters using basic hand tools and battery-powered drills.

· Documentation: Complete physical paperwork and get customer signatures.

Position Requirements

· Comfort with Heights: Must be completely comfortable climbing extension ladders and working on roofs.

· Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 60 lbs overhead, crawl in tight spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, snow, rain).

· Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license is mandatory to operate company vehicles.

· Screening: Must be able to pass a drug screen, MVR, and background check.

· Tech & Tools: A reliable personal cell phone with a data plan for GPS navigation.

· Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
