Education
Degree in Computer Science or a related field at the postgraduate level, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of product experience in Finacle Core Banking product from Infosys or Edgeverve.
Hands-on experience with Finacle 11 requirements and product capabilities, including customization architecture.
Experience in handling Finacle interfacing requirements such as custom and product APIs, Connect 24, and Finacle Integrator.
Proven experience in direct client interaction.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Finacle product architecture and customization layers.
Knowledge of Finacle customization flow including new custom menus, reports using MRT and Jasper, batch jobs, product menu customization, Finacle Integrator, EOD-BOD processes, and debugging.
Experience in Oracle best practices including SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions related to Finacle applications.
Proficiency in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and its enhancement possibilities.
Functional Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Finacle Core Banking functionality.
Strong understanding of banking domain and terminology.
Finacle certification from Infosys is an added advantage.
Experience with Finacle CRM and Admin modules such as FINFADM and SSOADM.
Adherence to best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
Ability to ensure quality in technical and application architecture and system design across the organization.
Capability to research and benchmark technologies against industry best practices.
Soft Skills
Ability to influence multiple teams on technical decisions, enhancing productivity and effectiveness through deep knowledge and experience.
Self-motivated and proactive, capable of taking ownership and driving initiatives without supervision while collaborating effectively across teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present ideas to senior and executive management.
