Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking, particularly in E-Limits and E-Collaterals.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering banking technology solutions by combining functional banking knowledge with technical customization and integration capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery managers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities: Functional & Solution Design

• Perform requirement analysis, functional design, and end-to-end solutioning for Finacle-based banking initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.
• Configure and customize Finacle Core Banking solutions.
• Work on:
  1. Menu customization
  2. API integrations
  3. Configuration management
  4. Batch job setup and monitoring
• Support enhancements and issue resolution across banking modules.
• Provide functional and technical support across modules including:
  1. CASA
  2. Term Deposits (TD)
  3. Loans
  4. E-Limits
  5. E-Collaterals
• Work with Connect24 integrations and related banking systems.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Manage delivery coordination, milestone tracking, and timeline ownership.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams to ensure smooth implementation and support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery models.

Required Skills: Core Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking
• Expertise in E-Limits & E-Collaterals
• Experience in Finacle customization and integrations
• Good knowledge of Connect24

Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of banking modules such as CASA, TD, and Loans
• Experience in banking technology projects and stakeholder management

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Node.js
