If you’re looking for an opportunity to become a Life Insurance Agent and are passionate about the sales industry, we would love for you to join our team! Our company offers a two-week hourly program that provides the training and tools to be confident about passing an exam and obtaining a Life Insurance License!

Once an Inside Sales Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients and helping them make informed decisions about their financial future. We offer inbound live warm transfer leads provided by the company, with no cold calling required. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary plus commission! Responsibilities:
· Receive warm leads provided by the company and meet with clients to determine their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
· Explain policy details and benefits to clients and help them make informed decisions.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success.
· Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or call center industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Compensation:
· $40k base salary plus commission. *(avg. first year agents making $75k/yr)

Hours:

7:00am to 3:30pm MST

9:00am to 5:30pm EST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
