Final Expense Closer (Female)

About Us:
We are a rapidly expanding insurance solutions company helping families across the U.S. secure peace of mind through affordable final expense coverage. We’re looking for driven Final Expense Closers to join our Rawalpindi-based office and help convert warm leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• American / Neutral accent
• Strong understanding of Final Expense insurance products, compliance, and underwriting basics
• Ability to validate leads and confidently close sales calls with U.S.-based customers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceedingly daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Experience generating, qualifying, and converting high-intent leads
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional American phone presence
• Strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and objection-handling ability
• Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Capable of working under high sales pressure while maintaining quality and compliance
• Must consistently maintain a high-quality score (QA, compliance, and conversion metrics)
• Highly target-oriented, motivated, and self-driven
• Strong time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Punctual, disciplined, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, dialers, and scripts
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve performance through coaching and feedback
• Professional attitude with a commitment to achieving high standards and long-term growth

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (Final Expense is preferred).
• Excellent communication and closing skills in English.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in our Rawalpindi office (night shift).
