Final Expense (FE) Verifier

Errands Services is looking to hire experienced and confident Verifiers for its Final Expense (FE) Campaign.

Job Responsibilities

• Qualify warm leads for the Final Expense campaign.
• Verify customer information and assess lead quality before transfer.
• Identify trappers, litigators, and non-qualified prospects professionally.
• Ensure all verification procedures are followed according to campaign standards.
• Maintain accurate records and disposition notes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with potential customers over calls.
• Work closely with agents and team leads to maintain quality metrics.

Requirements

• 3–6 months of voice dialing/call center experience preferred.
• Good English communication and listening skills.
• Basic understanding of Final Expense campaigns is a plus.
• Industry knowledge regarding compliance, litigators, and trappers preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls.
• Must be target-oriented and disciplined.
