Role Description The Final Expense Sales Closer is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad, responsible for converting high-intent final expense insurance leads into successful sales. This team member will contact prospects provided by J.Sons Communications, conduct needs-based consultations, present suitable final expense insurance options, and guide customers through the application and closing process. Daily activities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, following up on warm leads, overcoming objections, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system. The role also includes collaborating with team members and supervisors to refine sales strategies, participating in ongoing product and sales training, and consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Final Expense Sales Closer is expected to adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards while delivering a professional, respectful, and solution-focused customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and closing abilities, preferably in insurance, financial services, or call center environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, simple terms.
  • Experience working with phone-based or telemarketing sales, including handling objections and managing multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, and standard office software.
  • Knowledge of or interest in final expense or life insurance products; prior insurance sales experience or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad on a full-time schedule, with reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for diverse customers, with a commitment to ethical and compliant selling practices.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.


Compensation

Upto 150k basic with sales bonuses
