Job Title: Final Mile / Home Delivery Routing Coordinator

Salary: Potential to earn up to $52,000 annually

About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, organized Routing Coordinator to help keep our home deliveries running smoothly. You’ll plan routes, solve problems on the fly, and make sure our drivers get where they need to go—on time and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and adjust daily delivery routes ranging from 3-5 trucks per day
• Work with drivers, warehouse teams, and customer support to keep things on track
• Tackle routing changes or issues as they come up
• Use mapping or routing software to make deliveries as efficient as possible

What We’re Looking For:

• Good understanding of geography and logistics (you love figuring out the best route from A to B to C)
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with delivery, dispatch, or route planning is a big plus
