Summary

We’re looking for a Final Punch & Quality Assurance Technician to complete the last stage of our kitchen and bath remodels. If you take pride in craftsmanship, have strong finish carpentry skills, and love delivering a flawless final product, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

As our Final Punch & Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll be the last set of eyes on our remodel projects. You’ll ensure every detail meets our craftsmanship standards and fix issues on the spot. This role is perfect for someone who loves precision, problem‑solving, and delivering a flawless finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final punch‑list work on residential kitchen and bath remodels
• Inspect completed projects for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
• Complete minor carpentry, cabinetry adjustments, paint touch‑ups, tile fixes, and general finish work
• Communicate clearly with designers, installation crews, and homeowners
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of construction experience (required)
• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry installation, or remodeling (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to identify and correct finish‑level issues
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to commute to Salisbury, MD

Compensation & Benefits

• Bi-weekly pay (hourly wage based on experience)
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Company tools, equipment, and vehicles provided (not take-home)

Location: All crews start and finish their day at KCP shop in Salisbury.
