Job Description

  • Review and finalize all print and digital artwork files before production or delivery.
  • Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines, technical specs, and quality standards.
  • Prepare high-resolution final artwork files for printing, publishing, or digital use (e.g., social media, web banners, OOH, packaging, etc.).
  • Check color accuracy, image resolution, bleeds, trims, and typography alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and production teams to resolve any technical or layout issues.
  • Adapt and resize artworks for different formats while maintaining design integrity.
  • Liaise with printers, media houses, and suppliers to ensure smooth file delivery and accurate output.
  • Maintain organized file management and version control within the agency’s workflow systems.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or design studio.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, digital, large format, packaging).
  • Familiarity with digital specifications (RGB vs CMYK, web compression, retouching standards).
  • Proven ability to handle multiple deadlines and manage last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, and color consistency.
  • Knowledge of pre-press, die-cuts, embossing, and finishing techniques.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or basic After Effects a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical file issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Understanding of brand consistency across campaigns and media.
