Overview

Jacobs & MZ Holdings LLC is seeking dependable, detail‑oriented Delivery Drivers to complete consistent local delivery routes throughout the Pittsburgh area. Drivers may use any reliable vehicle—car, SUV, pickup truck, minivan, or similar—that can safely handle daily package volume. Our drivers represent the company at every stop, ensuring safe driving, accurate deliveries, and professional customer interactions.

Duties

• Operate your vehicle safely and responsibly while completing assigned routes
• Load and unload packages using proper lifting techniques
• Follow all route instructions, delivery procedures, and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a positive attitude
• Accurately scan and record all deliveries, returns, and route completion details
• Perform basic daily checks on your vehicle to ensure it is safe and route‑ready

Qualifications

• Must provide your own reliable vehicle (car, SUV, pickup truck, minivan, or similar) with valid insurance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions and route plans

Schedule & Expectations

• Arrival time: 8:45 AM
• Flexible scheduling throughout the week
• Routes typically run 6–7 hours
• Consistent delivery area for route familiarity and efficiency

Compensation

• $300 – $2,000 per week, depending on route volume and days worked
• Bi‑weekly pay
• 1099 contractor position
