We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Assistant who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our corporate office. Responsibilities include a mix of:

• Payroll processing and labor reporting
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
• Billing, reconciliations, and reporting
• Financial and operational spreadsheets
• Office support and cross-functional team assistance
• Assisting leadership with reporting, analysis, and special projects

This position plays an important role in helping maintain accurate reporting, efficient office workflow, and strong financial organization.

Preferred Background

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, payroll, accounting support, or similar work preferred
• Experience with payroll, A/P, A/R, reconciliations, billing, or reporting strongly preferred
• Prior lead or supervisory experience is a plus or have the desire to grow within and lead in the future
