About estaie

estaie is building the first global OTA explicitly engineered for extended stays, offering negotiated accommodation rates for bookings ranging from 30 to 365 nights . Our model consistently delivers an average of 32% savings to guests while enabling hotels, serviced apartments, and real estate operators to optimize long-stay occupancy, drive predictable revenue, and eliminate inventory inefficiencies.

With global mobility surging and long-stay travel emerging as one of the fastest-growing segments in hospitality, estaie is uniquely positioned to capture a structurally underserved market. Incubated at in5 Dubai and scaling across the region, we are engineering a category-defining booking infrastructure for digital nomads, expats, corporates, and long-stay travellers worldwide.
