FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations for our manufacturing, retail and distribution units with multi-country ecommerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle using QuickBooks (daily entries, reconciliations, AP/AR).
• Maintain accurate books for our business units and group of companies operations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses.
• Develop product costings (materials, packaging, labor, logistics).
• Handle tax compliance: FBR, sales tax, withholding, and export documentation.
• Process export documentation and co ordinate with customers for payments for export and local orders
• Set up Ecommerce operations, banking and company structuring in various countries as part of the companies global ecommerce strategy.
• Negotiate financial terms with vendors, logistics partners, and distributors.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company financials.
• Reconcile all monthly invoicing, purchasing for accuracy and prepare monthly reports and annual books for submission to the CEO and the board.

Requirements

• ACCA / ICMA / MBA Finance or relevant qualification.
• 3–7 years of experience in accounting & finance (manufacturing/ecommerce preferred).
• Strong command of QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with costing, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Solid understanding of tax filings and compliance.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
