Finance & Accounting Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Finance & Accounting Trainer to deliver high-quality, practical training programs for students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, simplifying complex financial concepts, and ensuring learners gain strong real-world application skills aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom or virtual training sessions in Finance and Accounting
• Train participants on core and advanced topics, including but not limited to:
• Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Management Accounting
• Cost Accounting
• Corporate Finance
• Financial Analysis & Ratio Analysis
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management
• Basics of Taxation (VAT / Corporate Tax)
• Accounting Standards
• Practical accounting using tools such as Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, etc
• Design lesson plans, case studies, assignments, and assessments
• Provide real-world examples and industry best practices
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support learners with doubts, revisions, and exam or certification preparation
• Customize training content based on audience (students, professionals, corporates)
• Maintain training quality and learner satisfaction standards

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
• Minimum 2–5 years of industry or training experience in finance and accounting
• Strong understanding of practical accounting and financial concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner
• Strong command of MS Excel for financial analysis
• Hands-on approach with real-life case studies
