Job Summary

We are onboarding Finance Trainers to create structured pre-recorded video courses in Accounting, Tally, GST, Taxation, Corporate Finance, and Financial Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, topic-wise training videos
• Provide worksheets, notes, and real examples
• Follow the curriculum given by Elmond
• Maintain professional video/audio quality

Compensation

• Goodwill Amount after content submission
• Revenue Share:
• 30% per student purchase
• 50% for trainer-referred purchases
• After standard deductions

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance, Accounting, GST, Tally, or Investment topics
• Teaching/training experience preferred
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Basic recording setup required
