Responsibilities and duties (APPLY ONLY FEMALES)
· Record keeping and data entry: Update and maintain journals, ledgers, and accounting databases.
· Accounts payable and receivable: Process vendor invoices, issue payments, and handle accounts receivable.
· Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, ensuring accuracy.
· Financial documents: Prepare and manage financial documents such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
· Payroll assistance: Assist with payroll processing by verifying employee hours and benefits information.
· Administrative support: Perform general office duties like filing, answering phones, processing mail, and managing petty cash.
· Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and budget forecasts.
· Compliance and audits: Help ensure compliance with company policies and assist senior accountants during audits.
· Communication: Communicate with clients, vendors, and other departments to resolve discrepancies or answer queries.
Qualifications and skills
· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is often preferred.
· Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
· Software proficiency: Experience with accounting software, strong skills in Microsoft
Excel are required.
· Key skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
