Finance & Accounts Executive

A Finance & Accounts Executive shall be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization.

The incumbent will:

Reconciling bank statements.

Updating the internal systems with financial data.

Tracking bank deposits and payments.

Processing daily cash receipts/payments.

Collecting all invoices and obtaining approval for payment.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections.

Managing petty cash.

Hands on command on ERP system.

Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate in Finance & Accounts from HEC recognized university

Experience: At least 03 Years experience required
