Finance & Accounts Executive

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
• 1–3 years of accounting experience in construction feild (Madatory)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP systems
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT and accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Hindi and Malayalam is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, journal posting, and reconciliation
• Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records
• Verify supplier invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes before posting
• Support in monthly closing, VAT documentation, and reporting
• Handle petty cash entries and bank reconciliation
• Coordinate with branch accountants and ensure timely submission of data
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and assist during audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
