Finance & Accounts Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management expertise, hands-on accounting experience, and a solid understanding of UAE financial regulations. A valid UAE driving license and prior UAE work experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, corporate tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
• Support management with financial insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Handle cost control, inventory accounting, and project-based financial tracking (if applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 3–7 years of relevant UAE experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, oddo).
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
