The recruitment process will include 3-4 interviews with senior management and 1-2 written

exercise to be submitted in the beginning of the process.

software and platform for finance for start-ups, investors, tech companies. We are

team members. We are partner for some of the fastest growing start ups in Asia, Australia,

Europe and the US. Our team members have worked with many startups in Asia and Europe at

various stages and helped them in their growth journey.

We are looking for a smart, fast, and adaptable Finance & Accounting Executive with strong

accounting fundamentals and a strong client-facing mindset.

Qualification and Experience :

- CA Inter and M.com with 2-4 years of experience

- CA Qualified with 1-2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Accounting Operations, AP, AR, Payroll, and basic knowledge of Taxation

- Drafting of Client-facing emails, contracts, agreements etc.

- Handle front-end client communication, and resolve finance/admin queries seamlessly

- Manage day-to-day finance and administrative operations

- Coordinate with internal teams, employees, customers, vendors, and service providers

- Manage multiple clients concurrently and deliver consistent outcomes

- Adapt to evolving, AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency

Key Skills :

- Strong accounting knowledge with basic taxation exposure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in an AI-evolving environment

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
