Finance & Accounts Head

Job Title: Accounts Head – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations of the organization
• Finalization of Books of Accounts, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, audits, and assessments
• Oversee TDS deduction, filing, returns, and reconciliations
• Monitor project-wise accounting, cost control, and budgeting
• Manage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and working capital
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Auditors, Banks, and Authorities
• Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Prepare and present MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards
• Ensure compliance with RERA-related financial requirements
• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards & Real Estate Accounting
• Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliances
• Proficient in P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budgeting
• Experience in project accounting & cost tracking
• Strong MIS & financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of RERA compliances (preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems & MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry
• Ability to independently handle the entire accounts department
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
• Experience in dealing with government departments and financial institutions
