Finance & Accounts Manager

Our business includes vape, roastery, restaurant, and real estate operations. We are a growing, multi-sector company looking for a skilled Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our financial activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the accounting operations across all our business sectors. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial management experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the accounts team in daily financial operations.
• Manage accounting tasks for vape, roastery, restaurant, and real estate divisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance across all sectors.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing for retail and F&B operations.
• Handle VAT calculations, returns, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Conduct regular bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Implement internal controls and improve accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with auditors, management, and internal departments.
• Report directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably within UAE retail or multi-sector businesses.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
