Finance & Accounts Manager (US Retail & E-Commerce Focus)

We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst (Remote)

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience)

AV Universal Corp is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
• Monthly variance and profitability analysis
• Revenue and margin analysis across sales channels
• Cash flow monitoring & working capital management
• Preparing management reports & KPI dashboards
• Improving financial reporting processes
• Support lender reporting and borrowing-base analysis (AR & inventory)
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
• Strong understanding of inventory based businesses
• Ability to work U.S. business hours overlap (partial overlap preferred)
• Someone who wants to grow into a senior finance leadership role
