Location: On-site (Rawalpindi- Satellite Town)
Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to join our growing team. We are an international technology company, Bell Oceanic, our applied firm. This role is designed for a professional who can support finance operations, ensure accuracy in daily transactions, and assist senior management in reporting and compliance. The evening shift aligns with our international client operations, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic. Females are encouraged to apply for this position

Key Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.
• Maintain financial data in accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Support budget tracking, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Assist senior finance officers with audits, documentation, and reporting.
• Liaise with internal teams and international clients during overlapping hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and accounting tools/software especially QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to work the evening shift (4 PM – 1 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi Satellite Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
