Finance & Accounts Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Officer to support daily financial operations in our Dubai office. This role is suitable for someone with a strong sense of accuracy who is comfortable working with financial records, reports, and internal controls.

You will assist with bookkeeping, payment tracking, and financial documentation to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records and reports
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile transactions and monitor cash flow
  • Prepare basic financial summaries and reports
  • Support monthly closing activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams on financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with spreadsheets and financial documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Previous finance or accounting experience is an advantage
