Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Admin Executive to join our team. This role will work closely with the CFO to support financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist with administrative tasks related to finance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO in day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, vendors).
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assist with payroll coordination and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports for the CFO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a finance or finance admin role (experience in [industry] preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
