Job Description:

Mamta Superspeciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and reliable Finance Advisor to guide the hospital management on financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and cost control. The candidate will play a key role in improving financial performance and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial advice to hospital management
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Analyze financial data and suggest cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory regulations
• Guide accounts team on best financial practices
• Support management in investment and expansion planning
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with strong experience
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience (hospital/healthcare preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial laws
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and advisory skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
