Job Title: Finance Analyst

Department: Finance

Job Purpose:

To support the organisation’s financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and costing, to ensure effective cost control and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast.

Assist in cost analysis, cost allocation, and cost control initiatives.

Support management with financial reports and dashboards.

Analyse key financial trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Work closely with other departments to gather data and validate assumptions for financial planning.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. (MBA Finance/CA Inter /CMA Inter preferred)

2–4 years of experience in:

Financial forecasting and budgeting

Costing and cost analysis

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling tools.

Knowledge of ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.) is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.
