Finance Analyst

Black Bear Talent is urgently hiring for a Finance Analyst. This position supports core accounting operations across the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules. The role is responsible for ensuring transactional accuracy, timely processing, and contributing to month end close activities. While not responsible for statutory tax filings, this role assists with withholding tax preparation and payment coordination.

This position does not offer relocation assistance. Successful candidate would be required to relocate on their own prior to start.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions for U.S. entities.
• Review and validate account coding, invoice dates, and general ledger posting accuracy.
• Perform and support bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving timing or posting discrepancies.
• Maintain Fixed Asset records including additions, disposals, and supporting depreciation calculations.
• Prepare Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable aging reports and assist with cash flow planning activities.
• Assist with withholding tax preparation, including payroll related tax calculations, and coordinate payment processing.
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions across entities.
• Support month end close activities including reconciliations and financial reporting preparation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of foundational accounting principles and transactional accounting processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational capability.
• Ability to operate effectively within a multi entity and multinational accounting environment.
• Experience within textile or manufacturing industries preferred.

Education and Experience Requirem

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience in a professional accounting environment preferred
• Prior experience working within multinational organizations preferred.
