Finance Analyst

Job Overview:

We require a profile to support us in the concessions division at the corporate level. The profile should have experience in the following.

Minimum 7 years of UAE/GCC experience; candidates must have worked in the construction (EPC - Engineering Procurement and Construction) sector.

Should be Experienced in the following:

• WPA (Water purchase agreement contracts).
• Financial Model.
• Financing documents.
• Project Company experience.
• Accounting in SPV, special purpose vehicle (SPV), also called a special purpose entity (SPE).
• TAX in SPV.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting, or a related field.
• UAE/GCC experience in the EPC or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting or purchase agreement contracts
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
