Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue tracking
• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer acquisition data
• Manage and create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Track advertising performance and marketing ROI
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach
• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and business reports
• Help coordinate marketing events and promotional campaigns
• Research competitors, industry trends, and growth opportunities
• Assist with customer service and operational projects as needed

Qualifications

• Interest in finance, accounting, business, marketing, or analytics
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or email marketing tools
