Finance & Accounts Executive (Multi-Jurisdiction Experience)Overview
We are looking for a finance/accounts professional experienced in managing accounting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The role will bring our currently outsourced accounting and corporate secretarial functions in-house and oversee finance operations for our Hong Kong, UAE, and Pakistan entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full sets of accounts for HK, UAE, and Pakistan entities.
- Prepare and file VAT, corporation tax, and other statutory submissions for all three jurisdictions.
- Handle invoicing, payments, expense management, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage payroll processing across entities.
- Coordinate and support external audits end-to-end.
- Draft and maintain corporate governance documents (board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, etc.).
- Maintain a decision log book and ensure compliance with corporate secretarial requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing accounts across multiple countries/jurisdictions.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, corporate tax, and statutory filing requirements for HK, UAE & Pakistan (or ability to quickly adapt).
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems and payroll tools.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance and secretarial documentation.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
