
Finance and Admin Assistant
1. Financial Duties
- Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Maintaining accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with payroll preparation
- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing basic financial reports
- Supporting budgeting and financial tracking
- Maintaining accurate financial records
2. Administrative Duties
- Managing office supplies and procurement
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Handling correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems
- Supporting HR documentation (contracts, onboarding paperwork)
- Assisting with compliance and policy documentation
Skills Required:
- Basic accounting knowledge

Qualifications:
