Finance and Admin Assistant

1. Financial Duties

  • Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Maintaining accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with payroll preparation
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Preparing basic financial reports
  • Supporting budgeting and financial tracking
  • Maintaining accurate financial records

2. Administrative Duties

  • Managing office supplies and procurement
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Handling correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems
  • Supporting HR documentation (contracts, onboarding paperwork)
  • Assisting with compliance and policy documentation

Skills Required:

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Strong organizational skills

Qualifications:
